Construction of the much-anticipated Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine and demolition of the School of Medicine (Building 521) has officially begun.
The construction of the New Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine is expected to be complete by Spring 2026.
The project team has installed fencing around the project site. Please be aware of signage directing pedestrian pathways to cross through the construction zone safely.
