Beginning the week of August 3, large equipment will be moving in to begin the external demolition of the old Medical Examiner’s Building located next to the West Medical Parking Garage. This demolition is to make way for a new service road. There will likely be some construction noise heard in the surrounding area; however, vibration impacts are anticipated to be minimal.
Beginning August 10, travelers on the existing road between the West Medical Parking Garage and the old Medical Examiner’s Building will begin to see road closures at Mario Capecchi Drive. Permit holders for the parking garage are being notified of how the project will impact them.
